On iOS

Preferrably activate root and follow the Android guide.

Recovery Screen

Who to Reroll for?

Check the Character Ranking.

Combat

Leader Ability

Effect that the Team Leader gives and affects all the team members during the quest.

Leader Abilities can be greatly beneficial to building a great team and choosing a leader depends on what you want for your team.

Some people put their favorite character as their leader without knowing that there's better statues in their box to choose for as a leader.

Ability

Effect that each character has and only affects them when you play them.

For example, Vampires' abilities heal them for a % of their HP every time you beat an enemy, as well as being weak to Hamon attacks.

Learn the Abilities of every member of your team to use them to their fullest.

Special Ability

Special effects that only some character may have.

They trigger only under certain circumstances and grant very useful effects, such as counters to Time Stops or your stand not suffering damage.

Skill

Are moves you can perform by tapping the blue button in battle. There's no limit to how many times you can use skill attacks, though they have a cool-down. It is common that a Skill will deal damage, though there are many Skills that will buff your character in some way.

SP Skills

Are special moves you can perform by tapping the pink button in battle. There's a limit to how many times you can use special attacks and it's usually 2-3. However with the right JoJo-Links, you can gain extra SP Skills.

Assist Ability

Ability that affects the equipped statue if you manage to fulfill the activation condition.

Assist Skill

Skill with limited uses than only the Assist Only statues have.

JoJo Links

Are bonuses that grant an effect if characters on your team have the same links. For an example, both ☆☆☆☆☆ DIO and any Jotaro varient have the Time Will Stop link. If both put on the same team, your team will gain an extra SP usage.

Supports

Support Menu

The red face icon indicates that you're following this person, and a blue face icon indicates they're following you. If you both follow eachother (become friends) You'll get a friend coins increase (to +30). Another benefit of being friends is that you'll get their Leader Ability (aka LA.) whenever you use them as your Support.

The support ability in combat is the purple button in the top right. The Support ability will spawn in another player's character, performing an ability of some kind. The stats of the Support will be identical to what the "Support Player" has though dealing reduced damage. In the tutorial it's a LVL. 50 (5★) Jotaro Kujo (Courage). This power should often be used to finish off the boss, or to do major damage. The Skill used will often be the character's unlockable Cinematic SP. If it has not been unlocked in the Growth Tree, It'll be the Friend character's SP Skill. In some very rare cases, like (5★) Joseph Joestar (Courage) the ability used will be a SP Skill.
